How to use OpenAI Codex with Nullprint

Connect Codex to Nullprint with one command and run browser tasks from the terminal.

What it is

Codex is OpenAI's coding agent for the terminal. Through the Nullprint MCP server it can manage your profiles and browse inside them.

Set it up in Nullprint

  1. Install Nullprint, sign in and keep the app running. Install uv.
  2. Connect Nullprint:
    codex mcp add nullprint -- uvx nullprint-mcp
  3. Or add this to ~/.codex/config.toml:
    [mcp_servers.nullprint]
    command = "uvx"
    args = ["nullprint-mcp"]
  4. Check it with codex mcp list.
  5. Start codex and ask: List my Nullprint profiles and tell me which are running.
